6.2.4  Frame, handlebar and saddle position

Check that the saddle and  handlebars are properly attached to the frame and placed in the  most comfortable configu-
ration for the driver.    Otherwise, before  departure, act on the control systems 
the position of the saddle and  handlebars.  For more information on the regulation  refer to section 2.6.
