protectors or mats to
prevent stains, scratches
and damage when
removing/installing the
vehicle parts
Use the most appropriate
(size, use) tool for each task
and perform the work
correctly.
Otherwise, the parts may
be damaged.
When installing parts with
double-sided adhesive
tape, carefully clean the
adhesive surface and keep
it away from dust or dirt.
Otherwise, parts could fall
off and be damaged.
Place the removed parts
and kit accessories on a
protective sheet to prevent
scratches.
NOTE

Refer to the Workshop Manual for removal and installation of vehicle parts. Not following the procedures for
removal/installation in the Workshop Manual could result in an accident or vehicle malfunction.
Fastener removal
1. Remove the fastener (1).
(For vehicles with mudflaps, remove the fasteners (2), and then
the mudguard
)
Hole cover removal
1. Remove the hole covers from the lower surface of the side sill panel
using a flathead screwdriver wrapped with protective tape as shown
in the figure (1st, 6th, 11th hole covers from vehicle front).
3. BEFORE INSTALLATION
•
The removed fasteners are not used to install this accessory.
4. PART REMOVAL
•
The figure shows the right side, however, perform the same
procedure for the left side.
NOTE
•
The side under spoiler installation work requires two or more people.
•
The side under spoiler and the mudguard cannot be equipped together.

The removed hole covers are not used to install this
accessory.
