FISH AND SEAFOOD
• Fish are cooked when meat can be easily removed from the bones.
• Frozen fish and seafood may be cooked without preliminary defrosting it is only necessary to increase cooking
time.
• Use slice of lemon when cooking fish or seafood to give them delicate taste.
RICE
Use the Basket for rice cooking, add water to the water tank; you can add some other liquid to the rice Basket, for
instance bouillon. You can add spices, minced onion, parsley, and almond or cut mushrooms.
