FINAL ADJUSTMENTS
Move Switch to the UP position. This will allow Pump to fill the hose and Cylinders
with oil. When you no longer hear the sound of circulating oil, release the Switch.
The system is full and ready for operation.
Remove the Lock-Angle from the Cylinder Pins.
Burn off the Support Straps from the Extension Plate & Platform.
Remove the Floorjack, chain, C-clamp, and Hoist.
Raise and Lower the Platform several times to assure proper alignment of the Unit.
If alignment is correct, complete the welding of the Mounting Plates to the Vehicle.

If Platform lowers with a jerking motion, lower the Platform to ground level, holding
the switch in the DOWN position until air can be heard escaping into the Reservoir.
Raise the Platform and repeat as necessary until no air can be heard escaping to
the Reservoir and the Platform lowers smoothly.
