1.3 ReGiSTRATiON iNSTRUCTiONS
MyRide ASSeMBly GUide
Once the setup and assembly of the MyRide unit is complete, you can proceed to
registering the unit by pressing the "Register Now" key. Before you leave the monitor,
record the serial number located above #2 on the registration screen.
1. The first step is to establish a user name and password in order to access the portal at https://secure.myrideportal.com.
a. After touching the "Register Now" key, the portal will ask for user name and password registration. Make the user name and password
one that can be accessed by the club owner, contact person at the club, and service provider.
b. After establishing a user name and password, the portal will ask for account information. Fill this out by entering the club information
for address, club manager, contact information, and the name and address of the service company that maintains the club. NOTE: both email
addresses provided must be active. Also make sure that emails from MyRide (from https://secure.myrideportal.com) do not end up in your
SPAM folder.
c. The last information that the portal will request is the type of units available at the club. This information is helpful, but is not required to
complete the registration process.
2. Once the club has established an account, the MyRide unit can be registered.
a. Enter the user name and password created in Step 1 to access your account. This should automatically bring you to the registration
window.
b. Click on the "MyRide v3 Consoles" tab.
c. A window will open and give you the option to "Register Your Devices".
d. Enter the number you recorded above. NOTE: This number is also located on the bottom of the unit.
e. Press the "Register" key. Depending on the speed of your computer, the registered serial number should then appear below in the
section marked "Already Registered Devices", and a 16 digit registration number should be given for each serial number registered. NOTE: If
the serial number has already been registered or is wrong, the message "The serial number does not exist or is already registered" will appear
on the screen in red. If you do not see the serial number appear in the section marked "Already Registered Devices", check the email address
given when the account was setup. An email should have been sent with a 16 digit registration number. Record this number.
f. Go back to the registration window on the MyRide unit (it should now show a number and keypad). Enter the 16 digit registration number.
h. Once the registration number is entered, the unit will revert back to the original Home screen and is ready for use. Any further updates
or notices will be sent to the email address on file for the account.
