When the manual activation
is activated, the machine
will move the piston down
until it touches the standard
cell (that must be previously
positioned).
ATTENTION
The manual activation function must be activated
only by professional and experienced staff, as this
operation may damage/break the machine
ATTENTION
The manual activation for the control of the applied
load channel calibration can be activated only if the
specimen height channel has been previously set
and calibrated.
The calibration screen
will change as follows:
Readout zeroing
Load increase
Stop manual activation
Load decrease
1. Increase/decrease the load applied to the standard
cell touching

MACHINE CONFIGURATION
The machine configuration parameters are shown in two different screens:
Parameter
Values
Rotation
timeout
It is the maximum time range (expressed in
seconds) for the rotation to find the zero position.
An alarm will be activated if this phase is not
completed within the time range.
Piston
timeout
It the time range (expressed in seconds) to
activate the piston rise or fall.
Load tolerance During the compaction phase, the machine grant
a constant load application within the tolerance
range defined by this parameter.
Slow factor
To stop the rotation in correspondence to the zero position, it is necessary to reduce the rotation
speed during the last compacting rotation.This parameter allows to anticipate (if >1) or to
postpone (if <1) in a proportional way

Run log file
This parameter allows the recording of the
machine activation data for diagnostic
purposes.
Select “Off” to disable this function; select
“Base” to create a log file withresumptive
data about each single rotation.
Select “Advanced” to create a log file with
detailed data of each rotation.
