LOADING TUBING
Cassette Models
CAUTION
: Turn the drive off before removing or installing tubing. Fingers or loose clothing could
get caught in the drive mechanism.
The REGLO Cassette models use MS/CA Click’n’go cassettes for easy loading and removal, and to allow for
tubes with different diameters and materials to be used on the same roller-head. Cassettes are also available
with pressure levers. For further information see "
NOTE:
• Check to confirm that the rollers are clean and free of defects.
• Tubing should be clean and routed so that the bend radii are at a minimum of four (4) times the outside
tube diameter and are as short as possible.
• Use the appropriate tube diameter for the required flow rate and viscosity.
• Recalibrate tubing regularly to maintain the best flow rate accuracy (for further information see "
• After installing new tubing the pump should be run for 20-30 minutes to properly condition the tubing
and increase dispense accuracy (for further information see "
to condition new tubing
" below).
1. Remove the cassette by lightly pressing the fixing-tongue while simultaneously lifting the cassette.
2. Insert the tubing into the cassette:
