Basic Device Configuration screen
Network Settings
The network settings must be established for the NTP100 to be accessible to the network. You must be a network
administrator or have their support to complete these functions. Your network administrator determines the information for
the Network Settings.
To use DHCP/BOOTP, click the checkbox on the screen, and click
OK
. (factory default).
To use a Static IP address, you must enter the IP address, Net Mask, Gateway, Primary DNS, and may enter a Secondary
DNS.
Each NTP100 is programmed at the factory with a factory device name which includes the numeric equivalent of its MAC
Address as the name extension. You can change the device name to one convenient for your site – preferably one that helps
you to later identify the exact physical location of the device.
