The
Master Culinary Air
Fryer Oven
does not
work
The appliance is not plugged in.
You have not turned the Unit on, by
setting the preparation time &
temperature
Plug power cord into wall socket.
With basket in place, set the Temperature
and Time. Check that door is closed.
Food is not cooked
a. The oven overloaded
b. The temperature is set too low.
a. Use smaller batches for more even frying
b. Raise Temperature and continue cooking
Food is not fried evenly
Some foods need to be "turned"
during the cooking process.
Open the door and turn the food for even results.
If you are using the rotisserie function, look through
the window and make sure it is rotating.
Black smoke coming from
Unit (with burned smell)
Oil is being used. Accessories have
excess grease residue from previous
cooking.
Wipe down to remove excess oil.
Clean the fry pan after each use.
White smoke coming
from Unit
Greasy ingredients or too much oil
being used.
When Cooking greasy ingredients in the air oven
the grease will drain into the Cooking Pan. The
oil produces white smoke and the pan may heat
up more than usual. This does not affect the
appliance or the end result.
French fries are not
fried evenly
a. Wrong type of potato is being used.
b. Potatoes not rinsed properly during
preparation.
a. Use fresh, firm potatoes.
b. Use cut sticks and pat dry to remove excess
starch.
Fries are not crispy
Raw fries have too much water.
a. Dry potato sticks properly before misting oil.
b. Cut sticks smaller.
c. Add a bit more oil.

System Malfunction

rotisserie does not
rotate
Rotisserie function is OFF
The Rotisserie will rotate automatically when
selecting preset French Fries program or
Rotisserie program. To activate it in other
programs or for manual setup, press the
Rotisserie button (3) after pressing the Start
button.
