8.2 Pannelli strumenti a distanza
Ogni gruppo elettrogeno dispone di un pannello
strumenti a distanza per i comandi e i controlli sui
quali si trovano i seguenti componenti:
1 - Strumento termometro temperatura acqua
2 - Strumento pressostato olio
3 - Pulsante START / STOP-Preriscaldo
8.2.1 Strumento termometro temperatura
acqua
Caratteristiche: 40°C - 120°C 12V
Metodo di controllo
- Verificare a pannello acceso, fra i punti ( + ) e
( - ) che vi sia tensione di batteria.
- Scollegare i cavi di cablaggio rosso e nero

sul ( + ) e ( - ) dello strumento ed il cavo
blu 1.5mm 2 ( G )
-Verificare la resistenzatra i punti ( + ) e ( - ) che
sarà circa 195 Ohm.
RIMEDIO: sostituire lo strumento
N.B . Lo strumento ha un range di rilevamento
temperatura da 40°C a 120°C, quindi a
macchina fredda, non si avrà alcuna
segnalazione. In caso di anomalia, controllare il
sensore temperatura sul motore e le
connessioni fra il comando a distanza ed il
sensore
.
8.2.2 Strumento pressostato olio
Caratteristiche: 0 - 5 bar 12V
Metodo di controllo
- Verificare a pannello acceso, fra i punti
(
+ ) e ( - ) che vi sia tensione di batteria.
- Scollegare i cavi di cablaggio rosso e nero
1.5mm
2 sul ( + ) e ( - ) dello strumento ed il cavo
blu 1.5mm 2 ( G )
-Verificare la resistenzatra i punti ( + ) e ( - ) che
sarà circa 320 Ohm.
RIMEDIO: sostituire lo strumento
N.B . In caso di anomalia, controllare il sensore
di pressione sul motore e le connessioni fra il
comando a distanza ed il suo sensore.
8 ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
8.2 Remote instrument panels
Each generator is fitted with a remote instrument
panel for the controls with the following components:
1 - Water temperature thermometer
2 - Oil pressure switch
3 – START / STOP-Preheating button
8.2.1 Water temperature
thermometer
Characteristics: 40°C - 120°C 12V
Test method
- Check with the panel on that there is battery
voltage between the (
+ ) and
( - ) points.
-Disconnect the 1.5mm
2
red and black cables
on the ( + ) and the ( - ) of the instrument and the
1.5mm
2
blue cable (
G )
-Test the resistance between the ( + ) and ( - )
points which must be about 195 Ohm.
REMEDY: replace the instrument
N.B . The instrument has a temperature reading
range between 40°C and 120°C, therefore when
the machine is cold, no reading will be given. In
the event of a fault, check the temperature
sensor on the engine and the connections
between the remote control and the sensor
.
8.2.2 Oil pressure switch
Characteristics: 0 - 5 bar 12V
Test method
- Check with the panel on that there is battery
voltage between the
(
+ ) and ( - ) points.
- Disconnect the 1.5mm
2
red and black cables
on the ( + ) and the ( - ) of the instrument and the
1.5mm
2
blue cable (
G )
-Test the resistance between the ( + ) and ( - )
points which must be about 320 Ohm.
REMEDY: replace the instrument
N.B . In the event of a fault, check the pressure
sensor on the engine and the connections
between the remote control and its sensor.
