In advanced mode,
click on the "

button but real-time

1. Please confirm that the device and APP are
connected properly.
2. Please click the "Close" button in the upper left
corner of the page to exit the camera interface and
try to shoot again.
3. If there is still no "3D Video" after trying multiple
shots, please turn off the device and restart.
The sensor at the
bottom of the camera
vibrates too much or
makes an abnormal
sound Please stop using the device and contact our after-
sales for technical support.
When the camera
is plugged in with
adapter and powered
on, the power light
flashes red quickly
Normally, after the adapter is plugged in and the
power is on, the device is in the charging state, and
the red light of the power indicator is always on; if
the power light is "flashing red quickly", indicating
"charging abnormality", please launch the APP
and connect the device to check the error code, and
contact our after-sales for technical Support.
