Points for Attention
Keep the surrounding environment dry and clean, to avoid long-term at high
temperature and high concentration gas.
The instrument should be prevented from collision, extrusion, and severe
vibration, during transportation or testing.
Before measured, the instrument should be preheated for 100s. After
preheat, start up the gas pump and enter the normal measuring state. When
the gas pump is not running, the displayed data will be 0, with no meaning.
The tested gas can only contain sulfur hexafluoride and the air these two
kinds of gas components. When the concentration of gas under test exceeds
measuring range, the measured value will be inaccurate.
When outdoor measurement is carried out, guarantee that the weather is dry
and without wind.
If you need measured six sulfur hexafluoride leakage
situation under the windy condition, recommend to use of bandaging
method.
During leak detection, prevent the air inlet of hand-held probe from being
exposed to water or solvent. Otherwise, incorrect measuring result or even
sensor damage will be caused.
During the using process of the instrument, when low battery is indicated,
the battery shall be charged in time.
This instrument needs a regular calibration, once every six months, to
guarantee the performance of the instrument.
Warranty period of the main unit and hand-held probe of this instrument is
12 months (Note: only for quality problems of the instrument itself,
excluding artificial problems and problems caused by operation mistakes),
lifelong maintenance service.
