In the more intensive cleaning programs, the dosing of the cleaning products is repeated
several times depending on the program.
Available cleaning programs:
The detergent and sanitizing distribution is made as follows:
•
Product load. The pump sends the chemicals into the empty tank, this phase takes a
few minutes. The total amount of chemicals is less than the tank capacity.
•
Distribution. After stopping the pump, the water solenoid valve opens for a few
seconds. The water pressure (1.5 bar nominal Max 2 bar) passes through the tank and
mixed with the product, carries it into the chamber through the appropriate sprinklers.
•
Emptying the tank. After finishing the distribution, the tank, still full of water and residual
chemical, is flushed through the solenoid valve until the next stage.
