USE AND OPERATION
RESETTING THE APPLIANCE
Important
The appliance must only be reset by skil-
led, authorised staff .
Caution - Warning
Before doing any work, cut off the mains
electricity supply.
If the safety thermostat is tripped, the ap-
pliance has to be restored to the initial wor-
king conditions as follows.
1)
Undo the screws

to remove the electri-
cal equipment box

Undo the screw

to remove the guard

3)
Press the button
(L)
of the safety thermostat
to restore the electricity supply of the oven.
4)
Replace all when the operation is complete.
