INSTALLATION IS COMPLETE
Before using the trampoline, consult with your doctor, whether this kind of
activity is suitable and safe for you. Check the trampoline before every use.
Pay particular attention to the jumping mat and potential missing or loose parts.
• No more than 1 person may use the trampoline at a time.
• Never attempt somersaults, handsprings or rolls. This may result in serious injury
or even death.
• The owner of the trampoline or a supervisor is fully responsible for the correct
use of the trampoline by all users.
• Do not use the trampoline without supervision.
• The supervisor is responsible for placing a safety notice, which is a part of this
manual, onto the trampoline. The supervisor must also ensure that all persons
are familiar with the safety rules for exercising on the trampoline.
• The supervisor must remain present at all times, regardless of the age and expe-
rience of the user.
• If you are not using the trampoline, close the safety net with the zip and
clasps, and put the ladder away in a safe place.
• The maximum weight of the user must not exceed the trampoline’s fixed limit:
for trampolines of 244 cm = 100 kg
for trampolines of 305 to 457 cm = 150 kg
• Failure to observe the safety rules may result in serious injury.
• Familiarise with the jumping techniques and the behaviour of the jumping mat.
Keep your body under control at all times.
• Do not jump into the safety net deliberately.
• Put clothing with hooks and sharp edges aside.
• Remove your shoes before using the trampoline.
• Avoid jumping onto the spring cover, as there is a danger that it may tear.
• Do not pull the spring cover and do not stand on the springs.
• Do not jump onto the trampoline from higher places, nor jump off the trampoli-
ne onto the ground.
• Empty your pockets before using the trampoline.
• You must not have anything in your mouth or hands while jumping.
• The trampoline is intended for adults and children from age 3.
• Help young children when climbing onto and off the trampoline.
• After completing assembly, make sure that all springs are securely hooked onto
the frame and that the safety net’s fixing cord is correctly threaded and faste-
ned.
• The springs must be completely covered.
• The trampoline’s stability can be increased by placing sand bags on the support legs.
• After complete control of connections, jump in the centre of the trampoline for
about 5 minutes and check them again. If everything is right, the trampoline is
ready to be used.
