The bows holding up the tarpaulin have on their ends suitable supports for an easy
sliding of the covering along the upper edge of the tipper body. These supports have
at their outside a clearance hole through which the cable of the handling system runs.
1) BOW
2) BOW SUPPORT WITH SLIDING PART
Using the head of the upper cable, proceed as shown:
•
Insert the steel cable onto all the bows through the hole on their support;
•
Last of all, insert the head of the cable into the pulling bow support hole;
•
Make sure that there is at least 100-150 mm left of the back end of the cable for
further fixing and any correction.
Note:
Ensure that the bow keeps as perpendicular as possible to the board walls for avoiding any subsequent adjustment
service.
Positioning of the lower steel cable end:
•
Put the head of the metallic cable onto the back of the case;
•
Wrap the cable onto the back pulley;
•
Come back with the end of the steel cable towards the draw arc foot hole.
