Einstellung der Höhenführung/Höhenzylinder:
Für Wartung / Reparatur sind generell Fuß- und Säulenverkleidung abzunehmen.
Danach ist die Führung (6) und der Höhenzylinder (1) sichtbar und zugänglich.
Die Führung (6) ist mit wartungsfreier Lagerfolie (teflonbeschichtet) versehen.
Durch die hohe mechanische Belastbarkeit und Verschleißfestigkeit dieser Lagerfolie,
beschränkt sich die Wartung der Führung auf eventuell erforderliches Nachstellen des Zustellkeiles
und der Zustellplatte.
Bei der jährlichen Wartung sind die Säulen (5) mit Gleitfett zu schmieren.
Ein notwendiges, minimales Führungsspiel wird grundsätzlich werkseitig vorgesehen und eingestellt.
Ein Nachstellen von Zustellkeil und Zustellplatte kann notwendig werden:
Nach Reparaturen am OP-Tisch, bei der das Führungsgehäuse (6) oder der Höhenzylinder demontiert wurde.
Abnutzung der Lagerfolie durch extreme Lagerungen von überdurchschnittlich schweren Patienten.
Hinweis: Ist die Lagerfolie des Zustellteils stark beschädigt, so ist der Zustellkeil
(bzw. Zustellplatte) auszutauschen.
Vor dem Einbau des neuen Zustellkeils (bzw. Zustellplatte) muß die obere
Abschlußkante (X) des Höhenzylinders (1) überprüft werden.
Radius (R1) darf kein Grat aufweisen, ggf. mit Schmiergel entfernen, so daß ein sauberer
und glatter Übergang zur Gleitfläche (Y) des Höhenzylinders erzielt wird.
Achtung : Spiel der Führung grundsätzlich in mittlerer Höhe (nicht in oberste Stellung) einstellen.
Adjustment of the elevation unit:
The cover section on the base and column will usually have to be removed to give access to the guide (6)
and the elevation cylinder (1).
A maintenance-free, PTFE-coated slip film is applied to the guide (6).
Due to the extreme mechanical strength and wear resistance of this film, maintenance of the guide
is reduced to occasionally resetting the adjustment wedge and adjustment plate.
The columns (5) are to be lubricated with grease during the course of annual maintenance.
The guide mechanism has been set at the factory for the necessary minimum amount of play.
It may be necessary to readjust the wedge and plate in the following cases:
after a repair on the operating table which included disassembly of the guide housing (6) or the elevation cylinder; due to
wear on the anti-friction film caused by placing overweight patients in extreme positions.
Note: If the wedge slip film is severely damaged, the wedge (or the plate) must be replaced.
Before installing a new wedge (or plate ), the upper rim (X) of the elevation cylinder (1)
has to be inspected.
Radius (R1) must be without burr; if necessary, remove burr with abrasive to create a clean
and smooth transition to the elevation cylinder gliding plane (Y).
Warning: Always set the clearance of the guide at medium heigt (not at uppermost position).
