For step 3, a length pre-adjuster adapter is recommended.
The stop screw for axial tool length adjustment is not secured to
prevent it from falling out.
Adjust the shrink chuck to the tool length. To do this, turn the stop screw
for axial tool length adjustment using a suitable hex-wrench with T-
handle.
Set shrink chuck to tool length

The heated shrink chuck and hot escaping gases can cause serious injury and burns.
 Always wear ISO protective gloves and goggles during and after the shrinking process.

After the shrinking process, wait until the shrink chuck has cooled down.

Do not heat the shrink chuck above 550000 °°CC.

Only re-shrink shrink chucks that have cooled down.

Heat the shrink chuck using a suitable shrink unit.

The location bore for the tool expands.
Heat the shrink chuck with shrink unit
Insert the tool shank into the location bore to the stop screw of the
shrink chuck.
