The air line must be drained daily.
•
The lubrication of the impact function of impact screwdrivers must be checked every 60
hours of operation and lubricated with liquid oil if required.
•
The machine should be thoroughly cleaned and oiled before any extended period of non-
use.
•
After extended period of non-use, pour a little petroleum into the equipment’s hose
connector and run briefly. Then lubricate the equipment normally.
•
The tool requires an operating air flow pressure of 6-7 bar.
•
The use of appropriate sized hoses is necessary in order to achieve the indicated
performance.
•
We reserve the right to make alterations to improve the technology of the equipment.
•
Damages due to the non-observance of this manual, due to the inappropriate repair or to the
use of non-OEM replacement components are not covered by the warranty.

Equipment description
1. ½” square grip
2. Rotation direction selector switch

5. Impact force regulator screw
6. Oil can
a. Remove the protector cap and screw the air hose connection into the device. Seal the
thread of the connector with the enclosed sealing tape.
b. Insert a socket into the ½” square grip of the impact screwdriver.
c. Attach the compressed air hose to the air hose connector.
d. The impact force of the impact screwdriver can be adjusted to four different settings using
the impact force regulator screw.
e. Operate the equipment using the operating switch.
f. Apply 1-2 drops of oil regularly in the indicated locations using the enclosed oil can.
g. Clean the equipment and the sockets regularly with a dry cloth.
