GB - 13
•
Bear in mind the reduction in maximum operating speed with small grinding wheels with
longer clamping lengths between the chuck and grinding wheel. A minimal clamping length
of 10 mm is required.
•
Working with certain substances can generate dust and vapours which can create a
combustible environment.
•
Wrongly attached or damaged machine tools can cause extreme vibration.
•
Using the wrong adaptors for small grinding wheel shafts and chucks can lead to risk of
injury.
•
Ensure that you do not exceed the maximum permissible pressure.
•
Bear in mind the continued rotation of the grinding tool after the operating switch is released.
The grinding tool may require a stopping time of several seconds.
•
Use protective gloves and clothing.
•
Use dust extraction and protection equipment where necessary, depending on the materials
you are working with.
Keep these safety instructions in a safe place
.
Intended uses
•
The
pneumatic screwdriver
is designed to insert and remove 6kt screws and nuts.
•
The
pneumatic chisel
is designed for working in stone and brickwork (excluding concrete),
for the removal of rivets and firmly affixed screws and for the separation of metal sheets.
•
The
pneumatic ratchet
is designed
for the release and tightening of 6kt screws and nuts in
hard-to-reach places.
•
The
pneumatic grinder
is designed for sharpening, derusting, deburring and milling using
replaceable grinding stones.
These pneumatic tools are solely intended for household and hobby use.
To ensure that your pneumatic tools are always ready for use, please bear in mind the following
points:
•
Before using the machine, you must always insert a couple of drops of thin, resin- and acid-
free spindle oil (SAE 5-10) in the hose connector.
•
Blow through the hose thoroughly before connecting this to the tool. Working air must be
clean and dry.
•
We recommend the use of service units, or at least a correct-sized oil dispenser.
•
The indicated performance levels can be achieved using an operating pressure of 6-6,5 bar.
When working with pneumatic tools, always work with protective eyewear and
ear protectors.
When no service units are connected, the following maintenance instructions should be
followed:
•
Machines not fitted with an oil dispenser should be treated with a few drops of spindle oil
(SAE 5) am inserted into the hose connector every 2-3 hours of operation.
•
The oil dispenser should be refilled after every 8 hours of operation.
