Load mobile shelf rack with food.

Start from the bottom.
■
Always slide in containers, baking trays or shelf grills as
far as they will go against the other shelf-securing bar.
Check that you have inserted the containers, baking trays
and shelf grills correctly, as specified in 'Placing food con‐
tainers in appliances of size X.10' on page 42 or 'Placing
food containers in appliances of size X.20' on page 44.
WARNING Risk of scalding from hot liquids

Do not make the mobile shelf rack top-heavy by placing
too much food at the top, because the transport trolley
might then topple over when moved.

Lock the opened shelf-securing bar back in place.
Placing food in the bakery mobile shelf rack for appliances of size 6.10 and 10.10.

Position the bakery mobile shelf rack on the transport trol‐
ley in the same way as for the standard mobile shelf rack,
and engage the transport securing mechanism (see 'Plac‐
ing food in the mobile shelf rack' on page 66)
