Battery Check
The Mamiya M645 is designed for use with either
silver oxide or alkaline batteries.
Although both types of batteries provide good per-
formance, silver oxide batteries last longer.
Note: When using the PD Prism Finder, be sure to
use silver oxide batteries.
To check the condition of the battery, depress the
Battery Check Button (21) and observe the Battery
Check Lamp (8). If the lamp does not light, it is time
to replace the battery.
IMPORTANT:
If the battery is completely exhausted, an open shutter
will not close. Push the Battery Check Button down all
the way and the shutter will close.
