CAUTION: Repair the machine in accordance with “Instruction manual” or “Safety instructions”.
DISASSEMBLING
(1) Separate Base from Pump section by unscrewing M8x16 Hex bolt (2 pcs.) as drawn in
Fig. 1
.
(2) Disassemble Pump casing and Volute form Engine section as drawn in
Fig. 2
.
Separate Base from Pump section by unscrewing
two M8x16 Hex bolts.
Note
: Be careful not to lose Spring washers and
Flat washers.

2. Unscrew M8 Hex nut while holding M8x30
Hex bolt with Wrench 8.

while holding M8x35 Hex bolt with Wrench 8.
