The external user interface of the RM2B-1SA/2SA interface card is SDB26 (female), an n
onstandard interface mode. Therefore, a dedicated interface cable is required for the user to
connect the MP2900 to other peer devices.
The SA cable involves cables of the following five categories: V.24DTE cable converting SDB26
pin to DB25 pin, V.24DCE cable converting SDB26 pin to DB25 hole, V.35DTE cable
converting SDB26 pin to M34 pin, cable converting SDB26 pin to M34 hole, and V.35 loopback
cable converting SDB26 pin to SDB26 pin.
