The protection ground (PGND) of the router should be connected to the
nearest protection grounding bar provided by the consumer. The short-circuit
wire should be yellow and green plastic insulated copper wire 35 mm
2
above.

The metal components of the router cabinet should have good conductivity.
The metal component connections of the cabinet cannot be painted with the
insulation paint.

When combining the cabinets of the same type, the ground bus bars of the
neighboring cabinets (if any) need to be interconnected via the bus bar short-
circuit cable. The cross-sectional area of the short-circuit cable is 6mm
2
and
the length is no more than 300 mm. Connect the two ends to the ground bus
bar terminals of the neighboring cabinets respectively and tighten.

Grounding Specifications of Communication Power
The grounding specifications of the communication power are as shown in the following table.

The AC power supply system of the communication equipment room should
adopt the TN-S power supply mode.

At the entrance of the AC power wire entering the equipment room, we
should configure the AC power lightning protector (C-class lightning
protector) with the nominal discharge current no less than 20KA.

The protection ground of the communications power should share one group
of ground body with the protection ground of the communication router.
When the communication power and the communication router are at the
same equipment room, they should share the protection ground bar of the
same equipment room.

AC power port should be added w ith lightning protection circuit.

The positive pole of the –48 V DC power should be grounded at the output of
the DC power.

The work ground and protection ground of the DC router should share one
group of ground body with the protection ground of the AC router. When the
communication power and the communication router are in the same
equipment room, it is recommended to use the same protection ground bar in
the equipment room.

The DC power port should be added with the surge protection circuit.
