14 RLS 45 K – commissioning

As an alternative to service mode, the

RLS 45 K

systems

can be configured with a special

PP 45-/PPB 30

commissioning software. The

software is suitable for

PC systems/note-

books

and can be downloaded on the Maico

homepage

14.1 System requirements

●

PC with Internet access (charges may

apply). Not permitted for other operating

systems, e.g.

for Mac OS (Mac OS is a

trademark of Apple Inc., USA).

● Minimum PC requirements: Windows Vista

SP2

incl. Microsoft .Net Framework 4.5

processor with 1 GHz, 2 GB RAM, 3 GB of free

hard disk space,

USB 2.0, LAN-100 MBit/

sec. (Windows

is a trademark of Microsoft

Corporation, USA).

14.2 Connecting notebook, loading soft-

ware

1. Scan the QR code with your

notebook and load the commis-

sioning software onto your note-

book. Alternatively you can

download the PPB 30/PP 45

COMMISSIONING SOFWARE

from the download area at

www.maico-ventilatoren.com

2. Remove the cover of the RLS 45 K.

3. Connect RLS 45 K control with the PC/

notebook (USB).

4. Start commissioning software

. Press

“Establish a connection via the USB”

(



chapter 14.3). The parameters menu

appears.

5. Set parameters according to your system

composition. Save settings.

14.3 Commissioning software: operation

After the program start the connection is

activated by mouse click.
