Check that cable grommet [3] is positioned
correctly.
Secure housing [1] to wall or ceiling with
screws, see section 7.
AE 10: 2 screws
AE 16: 4 screws
Use mounting material of a sufficient size.
8.1 Electrical connection
DANGER
Danger to life from electric
shock
Switch the mains fuse off.
NOTICE
Unit damage in the case of
short-circuits
Insulate PE conductor and
unneeded cable cores.
Strip cables and connect to connecting
terminal [5] as shown in wiring diagram.
Put the terminal block cover [8] on and
screw it into place.
8.2 Start-up
Switch the mains fuse on.
Carry out a function test.
8.3 Lamella opening and closing
angle
Use setting screws [2] and [9] to
define how far the lamella close
(basic ventilation) or open (maximum
ventilation). For positioning, see Fig.
A, scale [10] and position "X" of the
following characteristic curves.
Use setting screw [9] to set opening angle
of lamella.
Do not insert setting screw [9] too far
otherwise it will fall into the housing.
Use setting screw [2] to set closing angle of
lamella.
