MAGNUM INDUSTRIAL MI-91350 DELUXE 14" WOOD BAND SAW
CUTTING SPECIFICATIONS
This band saw is supplied with a 3/8" wide general purpose blade, yet it can
accommodate blades from 1/8" to 3/4" wide. Ideal blade length for this model is 93-
1/2". The upper wheel height is adjustable to allow for blade tensioning, so the saw
can accommodate a variation in blade length of plus or minus 1/2".
The maximum
INBOARD CUTTING WIDTH (A)
is 13-1/2". This is the space between
the blade and body of the saw. See Figure 21.
For cutting thicker stock or for resawing, the maximum
CUTTING DEPTH (B)
is 6".
See Figure 21.
The supplied dual-position
ALUMINUM RIP FENCE (C)
can be set to either tall or
short to serve as a straightedge to guide the workpiece for longer rip cuts. The fence
can be removed when not required, for example, when making curved cuts.
