1. Jack up the car until the wheels are both hang-
ing free.
2. Place the supplied U-bracket
D
over the chas-
sis beam at the position of the buffer stop
plate. (See figure 2).

: Remove the wiring
harness from the chassis and wrap it on the U-
bracket with the supplied tie wrap.
3. Place top bracket
A
against the underside of
the chassis beam. Note that the spring cup is
pointing towards the rear of the vehicle. (See
figure 3).
4. Make sure that the tab on the top of bracket
A
lies against the edge of the buffer stop plate.
(See figure 3).
5. Tighten upper bracket
A
. Use the supplied
M10 washers and lock nuts. (See figure 3).
6. Place the lower bracket
B
onto the U-bolt, on
the leaf spring just behind the axle. (See figure
4).
7. Place both rubbers
R
on the auxiliary spring
C
.
Note that the coil ends centre well into the re-
cesses of both rubbers. (See figure 5).
8. Place auxiliary spring

with rubbers R be-
tween the mounted brackets

&
B
. Note that
the rubbers
R
are correctly placed into the
cups of brackets
A
&
B
. (see figure 5, 6 & 7).
9. Put the car back on it’s wheels.
