A:
With earlier versions of Mac OS 10.4, the LAN disk can not
be accessed through SMB. Please upgrade to Mac OS 10.4.3
or later to resolve this problem.
Q: FTP access on my Mac doesn’t work properly!
A:
The FTP utility on the Mac will be able to read the dat

See chapter 4.1 about how to login. If none of these
instructions help, reset your device. Connect it directly to your
computer via Ethernet cable and access the web configuration
using 169.254.0.1.
Q: My HDD is not recognised.
A:
The LAN disk can only access the first partition and it has to
be formatted using the FAT32 file system. We recommend
using the disk utility of the LAN disk to format the drive.
