To help prevent falls do not use this soft carry cot when the
infant begins to push up on hands and knees or has reached
the manufacturers recommended maximum weight of 9kg,
whichever occurs first.
suffocation hazard:
Infants can suffocate on soft bedding.
• Never add a mattress, pillow, comforter, or padding. Use
only the product provided.
• To reduce the risk of SIDS, pediatricians recommend healthy
infants be placed on their backs to sleep, otherwise advised
by your physician.
• Do not use a sheet unless it is fitted to the size of the
carry cot and securely attached. Loose sheets pose a risk
of suffocation.
• Strings can cause strangulation! Do not place items with
a string around the child’s neck, such as hood strings or
pacifyer cords. Do not suspend strings over the soft carrycot
or attach strings to toys.
• Use only in the GRAND TOUR on a firm, horizontal level
and dry surface.
• Do not place the carrycot on an elevated surface.
• Follow all instructions carefully. Incorrect use will cause
damage to stroller.
• NOTE: A CHILD’S SAFETY IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
• IMPORTANT - It is important for your child’s safety
that the harness be correctly fitted and adjusted. If not
adjusted correctly in accordance with the instructions
the stability of the stroller will be impaired.
• Strangulation Hazard: Child can strangle in loose straps.
NEVER leave child in the product when straps are loose
or undone.
• The harness and seat belt are not a substitute for proper
adult supervision.
• For extra safety ‘D’ rings are provided for the attachment of
a separate, full harness.
• The child should be clear of moving parts while making
adjustments.

is taken to ensure that children are kept well clear of the
stroller when folding or unfolding the product.
Finger traps and scissoring actions are unavoidable during
these operations.
• Do not carry additional children, goods or accessories in
or on this stroller except as permitted in this leaflet.
They may cause a hazardous unstable condition to exist.
• IMPORTANT: Any load attached to the handle affects the
stability of the pushchair.
• Overloading, incorrect folding and the use of accessories,
e.g. child seats, bag hooks, rain covers, buggy boards, etc.,
other than those approved by Maclaren may damage or
break this vehicle.
• Any damage caused by the use of accessories not
supplied by Maclaren will not be covered by the terms
of our warranty.
• Never leave child in the stroller when ascending or
descending stairs or escalators or when traveling on other
forms of transport.

• The stroller should always open and fold easily. Do not force
it. It may be necessary to re-read the instructions.
• Negotiate curbs and rough ground carefully. Repeated
impact will cause damage to the stroller.

• Do not leave the stroller exposed to heat i.e. by a radiator or
in direct sunlight.
• This stroller is not suitable for running or skating.
