Figure 3.3: Safety Prop Lever

Disengage the safety props on both lift cylinders as follows:

NOTE:

If the safety prop will not disengage, raise the header to
release the prop.

Turn lever (A) away from the header to raise the safety
prop until the lever locks into the vertical position.

Repeat for the opposite cylinder.

Start the engine.

Lower the header fully.

Shut down the engine, and remove the key from
the ignition.
