ASSEMBLING THE MACHINE

Assembling Forming Shield

Unpack and remove shipping material.

Remove bolts (B) from side deflectors (C).

Figure 3.24: Forming Shield in Shipping
Configuration

Install rubber strap (A) to the side bracket (B) using
bolt (C), washer (D), and nut (E).

Repeat for the other side.

Figure 3.25: Rubber Strap

Lay cover (A) upside down on a flat surface.

Install the center deflectors (B) using three bolts (C) on
each side.

NOTE:

Orient deflectors (B) so that narrow end (D) is
toward the front of the cover (A) and deep end (E)
is toward the rear as shown in Figure
