cleaning the interior and exterior of the unit
• Remove all shelves and the vegetable drawer. To remove the veg-
etable drawers, first remove the lower shelf of the door.
• Clean the inside of the unit with a baking soda solution. Then
rinse with warm water using a sponge or cloth. Dry completely be-
fore replacing the shelves and drawers in the unit.
• Use a damp cloth to clean the outside of the appliance and then
clean with a standard furniture cleaner. Make sure the door is
closed to prevent the cleaner from reaching the magnetic gasket
on the door or inside the unit.
• Vacuum the condenser coil on the back of the unit and adjacent
components using a soft brush.

Condensation may appear on the outside surface of the unit. This
could be the result of a change in the room temperature. Wipe
away all moisture residue. If the problem persists, contact a quali-
fied technician for help.

replacing the interior light

• To replace the lighting lamp, first disconnect
the appliance from the power supply.
Remove the lamp cover first and then replace
the bulb, as shown in the drawing.

To move the unit, hold it by the sides or by the base. Under no cir-
cumstances lift the unit by the edges of the lid or top cover.

The unit must be repaired only by an authorized technician and
genuine spare parts must be used. Under no circumstances should
you attempt to repair the unit yourself. Repairs carried out by inex-
perienced persons can cause injuries or serious damage. Contact a
qualified technician.
long periods without operation
If the unit will not be in use for a long period of time, disconnect it
from the power supply, remove all food and clean the appliance
leaving the door ajar to prevent the formation of unpleasant odors.
