Level the refrigerator.
The appliance
won't work. No electric power. • Plug the power cord into an
outlet.
• The power circuit is broken
or a fuse is blown.
• The voltage is too low.

Bad odor inside
the appliance. Stored food may be
spoiled. Periodically check stored
foods.
Strong odor foods are
not covered. Store them in closed contain-
ers.
Noisy operation The appliance is not
level. Make sure that the appliance
is placed on a horizontal sur-
face.
The food inside the re-
frigerator is not evenly
distributed. Evenly distribute the food in-
side the refrigerator.
The interior light
does not turn on. No electric current. Plug the power cord into a
live outlet.
The light bulb is burned
out. Replace the light bulb.
Frequent opera-
tion of the com-
pressor. Too many foods in the
freezer. Do not place a large amount
of food in the freezer at once.
Hot foods have been
placed inside the appli-
ance. Do not place hot food inside
the refrigerator until it has
cooled down completely.
Cold air inside the re-
frigerator escapes. Do not open the refrigerator
door frequently.
*It is normal for the refrigerator to operate longer dur-
ing the summer when the room temperature is high.
The refrigerator
door does not
close. A food package is pre-
