• To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not use this fan

with any solid-state speed control device.

• Do not run the power cord under carpeting. Do not cover cord

with rugs, runners, or similar coverings. Do not route cord un-
der furniture or appliances. Arrange cord away from traffic
area and where it will not be tripped over.

• If connecting power to fixed wiring, an all-pole disconnection

device which has at least 3 mm clearances in all poles, and have
a leakage current that may exceed 10 mA, the residual current
device (RCD) having a rated residual operating current not ex-
ceeding 30 mA, and disconnection must be incorporated in the
fixed wiring in accordance with the wiring codes.

• To know how to fix the appliance to its support, read the in-

stallation instructions section in this manual.

• All wiring must be performed strictly in accordance with the

wiring diagram located inside of the unit.
