error codes
If the washer finds a problem, the electronic system could show it on
display or the buzzer will signal. Please find here the error code
shown in the display, and correct the problem if possible.

"E1" is
flashing
• Water has entered the washer for 16
minutes, however the selected water
level has not been reached.
"E2" is
flashing
• Lid was opened after setting a DELAY
START.
• Lid was opened while spinning.
• Lid was opened while the CHILD
LOCK feature is active.
"E3" is
flashing
• The computer has failed to balance
the load after 3 attempts.
"E4" is
flashing
• The system has reached the maximum
time allowed for drain.
"E5" is
flashing
• Water inlet does not stop after reach-
ing the selected water level.
• The buzzer signals for 10 seconds. If the problem is not solved, it
will sound 10 seconds every 16 minutes.
• Open the washer lid and try to eliminate the cause of failure, then
close the lid to stop the alarm.

NOTE:
If the load is piled up at one side of the tub during the spin
portion of a cycle, this will cause an unbalance resulting in the tub
knocking against the washer frame.
At this moment, the computer will automatically try to correct this
situation by filling the tub with water. However, if this abnormal
condition is not corrected after three correction attempts, then the
user will have to manually redistribute the load inside the washer
tub.
