troubleshooting tips
If you notice a problem with the washer, please read this table that
lists problems and verifications. You could save time and money by
not calling for service.
Problem
Check
No water flows
in
• Power is off, a fuse is burned out or the circuit
breaker is tripped.
• Water supply valve is closed or the water pres-
sure is too low.
• The inlet hose is not properly connected or the
water tap is closed.
• The filter mesh of the inlet valve is blocked by
debris.
• The electric coil of the inlet valve is damaged. A
slight electromagnetic sound is normal when the
inlet valve is switched on.
• Make sure the START/PAUSE pad is pressed after
the power pad.
No wash action
• Power is off, a fuse is burned out or a circuit
breaker tripped.
• The power supply voltage is too low.
• The water level does not reach the selected wa-
ter level. The washer will not work if the water
does not reach the required water level.
• The DELAY START feature is active. The washer
will start until the delayed time is reached.
Abnormal
draining
• The water drain hose is placed too high (on
drain pump models).
• The end of the drain hose is submerged in water.
• The internal rubber ring of the drain valve is
blocked by debris.
Abnormal spin
• The washer lid is not closed.
• The load is piled up in one side of tub or the
load is too large.
• The washer is not level. The floor has an inclina-
tion or is not flat.
• The motor belt is loosen.
