Rebuild the User Group

After editing the user group, the user group profile should be
rebuilt.

1. In the User Groups panel, select the user group to be

rebuilt.

2. Click

Rebuild

to initiate the rebuild process for that user

group.

3. After a few minutes, click the

Refresh

button to refresh

the display in the panel. Note that the Last Rebuilt
column for user group you rebuilt now displays the date
and time of the rebuild.

Delete a User Group

NOTES

: A user group can only be deleted by the administrator

who added it. A base group cannot be deleted.

To delete a user group:

1. In the User Groups panel, select the user group from the

User Groups list.

2. Click

Delete

to open the Confirm dialog box with the

message: "Are you sure you want to delete this user
group?"

WARNING

: If the user group to be deleted has been delegated to

an administrator, that user group will be removed from that
administrator’s User Groups list as well as your User Groups list.

TIP

: Click No to close the dialog box and to return to the User

Groups panel.

3. Click

Yes

to close the dialog box, and to remove the user

group from the User Groups list.
