With the flying centre of gravity in the forward positions, the elevator is
not able to produce a sufficiently high angle of attack to completely stall
the wings. In this case, the stall speeds are defined by the minimum
achievable speed for the specific flap setting.

The stall speed in all flap settings is increased by approximately 2km/h
with the airbrakes extended. The landing gear position has no
measurable influence on the stall speeds.
