7.9 Airbrake system

The airbrakes are actuated by the blue handle on the left-hand side of
the cockpit (Figure 7.8.0-1).

The airbrakes are operated in the conventional manner:

•

Pull the handle backwards to open the airbrakes. Figure 7.8.0-
2 illustrates the cockpit label for the open airbrake position.

•

Push the airbrake lever forward to close the airbrakes. Figure
7.8.0-3 illustrates the cockpit label for closed airbrake position.
