On the frame there some notches where the base will slide into. Make sure the caster wheels sit above the frame of
the cart. Use 4 1/4-20 x 1/2 screws to attach the base to the frame.

Step 4
Now turn the cart right side up to attach the inner shelves. For
the
L400 & L500
there is a Right triangle shelf with an electrical
hole. For the
L600 & L700
there is a full shelf with an electrical
hole.
On the back panel and left side panel there are 2 holes where
you would attach the shelf to the panels. Make sure the shelf is
fully secured to the cart.
To secure the interior shelf use 4 1/4-20 x 1/2 screws.
