Locate the cross bar and slide it into the slots on the
front of the frame. On the
L400/L500
the cross bar
has magnets. On the ends of the cross bar you will see
inserts for the screws to attach the bar to the frame.
Use 2 1/4-20 x 1/2 screws to attach the cross bar to
the frame. The hinges are attached to the side panel
(if they are not visible ensure the panel is not facing
the wrong direction).

doors to the hinges.
On the
L600/L700
you will need to mount the door
frame and cross bar at the same time. First you will
need to remove the doors from the frame. To remove
the doors you can slide them upwards off the hinge.
Then you can insert the cross bar onto the slots on the
cart frame. Then you will insert the door frame and align
the frame with the cross bar. Make sure the inserts are
lined up to install the screws. Use 4 1/4-20 x 1/2 screws
to secure the door frame and cross bar. Please note the
bottom left/right screws you attached during the base
installation need to be removed and reattached with the
frame. Once the frame is secured to the cart install the
