Step 6
You will need a second person for this next step. Remove all packing
materials from the grill. Remove the cooking grates, briquette trays,
burners and warming rack to lighten the grill. You will need to place
the grill onto the cart. The back of the grill needs to be set into the cart
first. Then the front of the grill will slide into position after that.
You may need to loosen 4 of the Screws inside the firebox. (See Step 7)
We recommend wearing gloves while inserting the grill into the cart.
Make sure the grill is flush with the cart horizontally. If not horizontal
re-adjust. You may need to loosen the screws a little more.
Do not use the knobs on the grill for a
grip as it can damage them.
Step 7
Replace the screws on the inside of the firebox with 4 1/4-20 x 1/2 screws
that came with the cart.
Refer to the installation manual provided with the grill for the proper electrical and gas connections.
