Troubleshoot calibration if the Calibration test detailed in
Appendix A: Touch Screen Calibration
To troubleshoot calibration:
1.
Login as Administrator: Navigate to:
Open Crystal Touch Manager > Crystal Touch Manager Main window >
Login > Password
(received from Lumio)
> Administrator

2.
Select the
Coverage Test
field in the
Administrator
window.

The
Coverage Test
window opens, displaying fields for each sensor assembled on the Touch Screen (two
panes for
Dual Sensor
systems, four panes for
Quad Sensor
systems). Each field specifies the sensor it
represents (top left sensor, top right sensor and so on).

3.
Trace a rectangle with your finger or supplied test tool, along the inner perimeter of the Touch Screen’s
Active Barrier.
During the test, the
sensors’ fields display a curve and a number of pixel values that vary according to
the progress of the finger or test tool on the screen
The following window describes an ongoing coverage test.
