The TENDLITE® is pre-programmed with a 1 minute timer. It starts once you
turn the device ON. The light goes off automatically after one minute. This
is the minimum DOSE of the THERAPEUTIC LIGHT necessary per treatment
spot*. Just point the light at the painful spot of the joint, ligament or disc
to be treated.
Every Click of the ON/OFF button (see Quick Start Guide) gives you 1 DOSE
= 1 minute of Red Light Therapy. Please wait for the end of the first (or pre

vious) 1 minute cycle to activate the next.
