REPLACEMENT IS LUMINA’S SOLE WARRANTY OBLIGATION. INCIDENTAL AND CONSE -
QUENTIAL DAMAGES ARE EXCLUDED. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limita -
tion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may
not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have
other rights which vary from state to state.
Restriction – TENDLITE® Warranties do not include any postage, freight, handling, insur
-
ance, or delivery fees. These Warranties do not cover damage, defect or failure caused
by or resulting from accident, external destruction, alteration, modification, abuse,
misuse or misapplication of our products. Additionally, the Warranty does not cover
damage to the product resulting from return shipping or handling, the use of shipping
insurance is recommended. Return Authorization is required for all returns – Return
Authorization can be issued by TENDLITE® Customer Service at contact@tendlite.com.
