We warrant our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a
period of one year from the date of the original retail purchase from Lumina Group Inc.
(www.tendlite.com) or an authorized TENDLITE® distributor. This warranty excludes
batteries or chargers. Batteries and Chargers have a 60-day satisfaction guarantee.
Proof of Purchase is required for all warranty claims.
