13.

ASSEMBLY

Secure the drive unit on a stable surface and perform the following steps for the assembly or for
testing.

13.1 Mounting bracket handle, throttle and connecting shaft

Bow handle on the frame of the drive unit - as shown in the figure - assemble.

1. Stop loop handle on the frame of the drive unit

2. Align mounting holes

3. Insert the screw through the bore, each side piece 4

4. Push washer and tighten nut

Gas lever on the left side of the loop handle - like the label and the picture shows - assemble.

Check Throttles:

1. pulling the throttle lever to the stop in the direction of handle

2. After releasing, the throttle control (idle position) must automatically spring back in

the initial position
