15.5 Draining supplies
Change the engine oil while the engine is still warm. Warm oil drains quickly and completely.
WATCH OUT! Environmental damage.
Supplies and materials contaminated with operating parts may not enter
the drinking water supply. Dispose of the supplies as hazardous, even if it
is only small amounts.
The engine oil should be changed every month or every 20 hours of operation.
1. Oil drain screw (4) Unscrew.
2. Screw with the oil dipstick (1) unscrewed.
3. A suitable container (min. 1.5 liters) keeping under the drain screw.
4. A second person tips the drive unit to allow the oil to drain.
5. Clean area around the oil outlet opening thoroughly.
6. Screw oil drain screw (4).
7. Motor Oil 10W-30 or 10W-40 (0.55 liters, see "Fuels / refueling") Slowly fill.
8. fit the screw with the oil dipstick (1) firmly.
9. Remove oil residues or contaminants.
10. Dispose of engine oil according to local regulations.
15.6 cleaning
